FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Use of INVU in the IDENT section is not an alternative to using INVU in the S&E section.  The IDENT occurrence is optional and should not be used for OS propagation (i.e., supergrouping).  The IDENT occurrence indicates that the INVU FID appears with at least one (not necessarily all) of the lines in the S&E section.
2. T, F, X, P and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
4. Section:  IDENT,    Position: LH, FL
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The presence of INVU indicates that the TN is ported and that the original serving switch of record for the involved TN is not affiliated with the incumbent provider.
2. When involved operational support systems are unable to determine that a change in provider has occurred (via differencing of the values associated with the Old Service Provider Identifier (OLDP) and New Service Provider Identifier (NEWP) FIDs), Element 1 may be used to indicate if a change in service provider accompanies the change in serving switch.
