SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The presence of the ISAD FID indicates intercept service should be added to a previously disconnected TN.  At the time of disconnect, the customer chose not to have intercept service added to their non-working TN, but has since requested intercept service for the remaining intercept window.
  2. This FID is used for the application of SOAC Programmable Rules when intercept service is added to a previously disconnected TN.  Programmable Rules is a SOAC feature that allows a client or Telcordia to write customized rules that are used to manipulate service order entries.
