1. T, F, and X order types are prohibited for Access Service Application.
2. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The ISPB FID is used when the local service provider has been contracted to  provide enhanced services (e.g., notification to an internet customer of an incoming call), and/or enhanced services billing on behalf of the ISP.
