FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID may be used in lieu of Element 2 of the KEY FID when the key list follows a custom calling USOC.
  2. When more than one custom calling USOC is associated with a specific key, the key list values must be the same, in order to be processed by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Manual provisioning is required for features associated with the same key, but with a different key list.
