SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. LCAT provides the capability of retaining on the CSR, a list of common equipment features and the associated CAT number for future reference by the service order writer.
  2. LCAT is not a service provisioning FID. The provisioning of selective access to these features is controlled by the FID CAT on the Centrex assignable line USOC logical line.
  3. Once LCAT is established on a customer record, there is no requirement to recap the appropriate LCAT on future service order activity.
  4. A Record (R) order should be issued to update a CSR when a CAT is changed, added or deleted in a Centrex.
