FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Series and Range Entries-Processing
    Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DUPLICATE algorithm.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. LCC applies only to assignable line USOCs that are not specific enough to uniquely identify the switch LCC for exchange lines or trunks or Centrex stations.  A maximum of one LCC entry is permitted per USOC line.
  2. TL1
    LCC element 1 is only used in combination with element 2 for Integrated Services Digital Network Primary Rate Interface (ISDN PRI). This defines, at the Interface Level, the LCCs valid on the Interface.
  3. EWSD
    LCC is valid at the hunt group level for Multiline Hunting (MLHG) only.
  4. When LCC appears at the hunt group level, the data following LCC will be propagated to all lines in the hunt group.  If LCC also appears at the line level, the data following the line level FID will be used for the switch translations.
  5. GTD-5EAX
    The LCC value, in combination with other data, is used by MARCH to derive Primary Class of Service (PCOS) and/or Secondary Class of Service (SCOS).
