FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. Element Combinations 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 are in sync with the available fields on the ASR, but are not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used to identify the person responsible for answering questions regarding the service.  This is the person to be notified by the Serving Test Center when work on that portion of the circuit has been completed.
