FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Section:  ASGM     Position:  FL
   This FID is entered in the Central Office Facilities Subset.
2. A Linear Hunt TN must be assigned to Terminal Number (TER) 1 of the Hunting Multiline Group Number (HML) group before any other TER of the group can have LHTN assigned.
3. The TER 1 LHTN cannot be removed if other TERs of the group have LHTNs assigned.
4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
