2. T and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The FID LMU may be present but is not required.
2. When SPOTS plug-ins are assigned by LFACS, the loop make-up may or may not be present in the data base.  The presence of the LMUR FID is necessary for LFACS-assigned SPOTS plug-ins because CPC/TIRKS needs to know that the assigned pair meets transmission requirements within a CSA (Carrier Serving Area).
