FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. LNPP is normally used within the S&E Section, since it is a per assignable line activity.  Alternatively, it may be used within the IDENT Section, provided Operations Support System (OSS) propagation (i.e., supergrouping) is enabled.
  2. T, F, and X, P and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  4. Section: IDENT,  Position: LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" action code.  The "I" action code is optional on the service order

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The LNPP FID indicates that coordination needs to take place, in setting the ten digit unconditional trigger so that the subscriber does not lose dialtone at anytime during the transition.  For a time the directory number is resident in both the donor and the recipient switches. The LNPP FID may be used on the donor and/or recipient switch service order(s) as appropriate.
