  1. Access Service - Switched
    Feature Group A, B, C, or D Inter-Exchange Carriers (IXCs) have responsibility for correctly routing toll calls terminating to NXX's which are Local Number Portability-effected. In such cases, the IXC may arrange for the terminating ILEC to accomplish this task for them via a prearranged query to the ILEC's LNP database. The LNPQ FID indicates that a usage charge for such a prearranged query applies.
