FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS.
  2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.
  3. F order type is prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used to generate an e-mail notification to the CLEC when the end user notifies the ILEC of a change that affects the CLEC provided portion of the service.
  2. The LOSS FID may contain the telephone number (TN) of the CLEC Business Office.  This TN is used for contact information regarding this account.
