Element Rules:

Yellow Zone Processing (YZP) refers to one of three possible values (Green, Yellow or Red) assigned to a loop, which is the result of an overall processing scheme of predetermining the qualities of a loop based on the distance from a Serving Wire Center (SWC) or Remote Terminal (RT) to a customer premises.
Code Sets LA, LT and RT are mutually exclusive.
Code sets AL, AB and TX are mutually exclusive.
Code sets LC, LD and LE are mutually exclusive.
Code Sets RX & AX are mutually exclusive.
