FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Semicolon and space separate numbers belonging to different Central Offices. A Central Office Unit is always required following a semicolon.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The Line Status Indicator provides visual indication of vacant, ringing, busy or hold conditions.  The FID LSA precedes the number or letter of all stations assigned to the Line Status Indicator.
  2. The FID is used only with the station where the Line Status Indicator is located.
