SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used when an NPA NXX is served by multiple serving wire centers.
  2. FID appears on special access orders, floated on the CKL logical line, to identify the proper serving office wire center.
  3. This FID allows a customer to accurately identify the Vertical and Horizontal (V&H) coordinates applicable to the wire center.
