  1. Section: IDENT,  Position: LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" action code.  The "I" action code is optional on the service order.
  2. T, F, X, P and Aorder types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action codes prohibed for Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used to notify the E911 database to unlock the security feature that allows the LSP to update the end user's information.
