FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The LSPS FID appears floated after line USOC only.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. 5ESS
    LSPS allows an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) to assign an alternate service provider to a line to handle directory assistance, 611, 811 and Intra-LATA calls.
  2. DMS-100
    The provisioning of a switch owner's local service provider identifier (LSPSO) against a line/customer group/service is intended for use only in a multi-jurisdictional environment against those subscribers which reside  outside the jurisdiction in which the switch resides.
