   In the Assignment Section, this FID is specified lefthand with or without data in the Miscellaneous Subset only. In the Line and Station Transfer Set, this FID is specified floating with data in association with each logical line within the Line and Station Transfer Set.
2. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
