FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the FEATURE USOC logical line of CLS or one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
-Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
      -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
-Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
-Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)
  2. When PS equals DY, the Terminal (TRML) FID must appear on the same logical line.
  3. DMS-100 (NA008) (NI2)
The Integrated ISDN Terminal (INTT) FID is required when the LTCL FID, Elements 3 and 4, have the value of "NI2" and "D" respectively, i.e., CS = NI2 and PS = D.
  4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
