SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. When a customer's central office  has  blanket Local Usage Detail capability, the FID LUD is entered in the Bill Section only.  Otherwise it is entered in the S&E Section and must be associated with each Measured Line USOC.
   
   Local Usage Detail and Summary Measured billing cannot be combined on the same billing account.
   
   When an OTC elects to include a recurring charge for this option, per billing account, the USOC OMD is to be used for the recurring charge only.
   
   The FID LUD appearance is an additional requirement for the other applications. An R order, with the FID LUD in the Bill Section is used when this option is the only item on the order and the customer's central office has blanket Local Usage Detail capability.
   
   This option is not applicable to Message Service.
