FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. DMS-100
   The MA FID without data is entered on feature USOC logical lines when features do not have an associated telephone number but are key activated features.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
4. The MA FID is required when there is insufficient information on the service order to specify that OSP or central office feature assigments are needed for terminations of service at a different premises address (DPA), circuit location (CKL), or listed or service address (LA/SA).

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. MA is retained on the CSR for subsequent service order activity.  MA is floated after any conditionally assignable USOC for which an assignment is required. This FID conveys the assignability requirement for conditionally assignable USOCs on either inward or outward activity.  A conditionally assignable USOC is any USOC which may or may not require assignment.
2. When there are multiple terminations of service specified with conditionally assignable USOC(s) at a given DPA, CKL, or LA/SA and the termination whose USOC is associated with MA is being removed, a C order is issued.  This termination USOC with MA is entered with action code O and another termination USOC is entered with paired C and T or C and X action codes with MA entered following the USOC with the T or X action code.  The MA on the O action line and the MA on the T or X action line must contain the same MA numeric identifier.
