SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

The MAA FID contains the customer's e-mail address as it appears in the customer's additional listing.
The Electronic Mail (E-Mail) Address (EMA) FID is used for the main listing and the MAA FID is used for additional listing.

Element Rules:

The data entry must include an Alphabetical or Alphanumeric Listing Identifier and at least one character followed by a comma, a comma and space, a semicolon or a semicolon and space.

If the following Listing Instruction Codes appear, they should be sequenced as follows:

(LNR)
(NWPS)

Double parentheses may be used only when the parentheses are to print in the directory.

A double virgule is used when the virgule is to appear as part of the e-mail address. A single virgule is allowed only preceding a floated FID.
