MANUAL ASSISTANCE PROCEDURES

INDICATES:

That manual assistance is required to process the order. This can occur when a system is temporarily down, when assignments are needed out of hours, when assignments are needed more quickly than normal routine can provide or when a mechanized system cannot read, interpret, and/or process the order.

FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Entry of no code sets behind MAP indicates FACS MAP processing driven by the SOAC FID table entries as defined in Reference (1).
  2. When code sets are entered behind the MAP FID, manual assistance processing in SOAC is driven by the FID code set entries and not by the SOAC table entries.
  3. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  5. Section:  IDENT,  Position:  LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
  6. When Element 1 appears in combination in any position other than as the first element entered, comma space is the separator, e.g.,

            MAP C, L-NO LOOPS AVAIL, T
