FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. This FID is used for a change in billing responsibility on Access Service orders that are issued as a result of a merger/acquisition.  The Billing Instruction (BI) FID with a Code Set of MOO (Memo Order Only)  automatically generates the Manual Assistance Procedures (MAP) FID on the service order and authorizes the billing system to negate charges.  The appearance of the MAQ FID will suppress the generation of the MAP FID when no provisioning changes are required.
