FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. ISDN Circuit Switched Bearer Service
   Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
        - Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
        - PN and Key Designation (KEY)
        - Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
        - Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline group (TER)

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. When the MBK option is activated, an incoming call is forwarded whether the line is busy or idle.  When MBK is not activated, calls are forwarded only when the line is actually busy.
2. An external key is used to activate and deactivate the MBK option.
