  1. This FID is used on wholesale circuits that are configured as multi-bandwidth.  A multi-bandwidth circuit is a wholesale facility that rides or is ridden by a single bandwidth commingled circuit or Unbundled Network Element (UNE).
  2. The MBWC FID is mechanically added by CABS to the circuit or facility logical line and denotes that the circuit is part of a multi-bandwidth commingled configuration.
