FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5ESS
When MDP appears, it is entered only on the left hand Hunting-Multiline Group Number (HML) logical line, preceding or following any other FIDs which float after HML.
DMS-100
FID must be entered on MDP feature USOC logical line.
