1. ISDN Packet Switched Bearer Service
   Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE  USOC logical line if the Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI S/S Serial Number Format (CLS) FID appears on the same logical line.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
