FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS.
