FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Two-Six Code (TSC) (plus Trunk Type Description (TTD) and A and Z Location and Pulsing (APZ) on N orders) is required on the same logical line (and Trunk Number (TRN) in the same section on N and D orders) when MI appears on FG B, C, D and E.
  2. MI and data are required on Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) applications for WATS Access Lines (WALS).
  3. Approved for Access Service Tariff Application only.
