FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Section:  S&E    Position:  FL
    The MLG FID must be associated with each USOC for each line in the multiline non-hunt group.
  2. Section:  S&E    Position:  LH
    The MLG FID is entered left-hand (S&E) whenever there is any inward or outward action (i.e., I, O, C or T action codes) on one or more lines in the multiline non-hunt group.
  3. When the main telephone number is not the same as the telephone number associated with the first terminal of a multiline non-hunt group (i.e., lead telephone number of the multiline non-hunt group), the Telephone Line Identifier (TLI) FID with the lead telephone number of the multiline non-hunt group as data, must be associated with every left hand specification of MLG.
  4. Each terminal number in a multiline non-hunt group must have a telephone number assigned.
  5. The MLG FID and its data are entered with the Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER) FID and its data for each line in a multiline non-hunt group.
  6. Section:  ASGM   Position:  FL
    This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset, Central Office Facilities Subset and/or Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
  7. A multiline non-hunt group number is unique to a 1AESS traffic unit.
  8. Section:  S&E    Position:  LH
    For Access Service Tariff application C and T Action Codes cannot be used to change Element 1 or the TLI FID floated on the same logical line.
  9. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  10. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
  11. Section:  S&E    Position:  LH, FL
    For NXX Code Sharing applications, Exchange Key (EXK) is required on left-hand and floated MLG logical lines.
