1. MND FID is used by BCCs who have a mechanized means of creating an N service order or a D service order for toll billing purposes.  For example, on student centrex accounts when tolls are billed to the student and the local service is billed to the college, the use of this FID and the associated action code eliminates the need for an N or D service order to be issued by the Business Office.
