  1. Elements 2, 3 and 4 are used when toll guides need to be established for the group access number in a multiline hunt group Public Packet Switched Network (PPSN) service.
  2. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action codes prohibited on Access Service orders.
  4. Data is not required on Feature Group D (FGD) service.
