1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID can be used to enable flexible customer specific discounts for Special Access, Switched Dedicated Transport, and ADSL services to customers.  This FID can be used as a tool to apply accurate rates for CRIS and CABS.
2. The naming conventions for the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) are developed locally and do not include the national MSA Codes.
