FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. Required on all local exchange C orders involving designed special service circuits and non-designed special service circuits which are tracked within the Circuit Provision Center (CPC).
  2. MTP may be used floating in the Identification section only if it applies to all circuits on the order.
  3. Element 1 must reflect the circuit configuration against which this order must be worked. (This includes any orders pending against the circuit with a due date prior to the due date of this order). Corrections against a pre-completion C order should not change the value of MTP.
  4. Element 2 must reflect the circuit configuration after the order is worked.
  5. Not approved for use for Access Service applications.
  6. Section:  IDENT,  Position:  LH, FL
The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
  7. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  8. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
