SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used for provisioning of non-designed unbundled local loops that do not use the ADSR FID which is what generates loop makeup on circuit formatted orders.  SOAC will populate the MUR FID in ASGM when it is present in the S&E.  The appearance of MUR in S&E will generate the LMU FID and appropriate data in ASGM.
