FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. The FID MVP must be associated with a line USOC.
  2. 5ESS
    In 5E5, MVP is provisioned with an Individualized Dialing Plan feature name.  The preconstructed feature names are IDMVP1, IDMVP2, and IDMVP3.  Refer to FID IDP (Individualized Dialing Plan).  These feature names are not valid with 5E6 or later.
  3. TL1 (Release G3.0 and Prior,) FETEX-150
    When element 20 code set MVP1NL appears, the ML1 FID is required on the same logical line.
  4. TL1 (Release G3.0 and Prior,)  FETEX-150
    When element 20 code set MVP2NL appears, the ML2 FID is required on the same logical line.
  5. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  6. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
