FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. C and T Action Codes can never be used to change the service code element of the CLCI-S/S Code when NC is floated on the Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Telephone Number Format (CLT) or Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Serial Number Format (CLS) grouping lines.
  2. C and T Action Codes can never be used to change the optional feature element when NC is floated on the Transmission Path USOC line.
  3. The FID NC and data are required with every Circuit Location (CKL) on a multipoint Special Access Service and with every Circuit Location Wire Center (CKLT), other than the CKLT connected to CKL 1. (If NC is entered with the CKLT connected to CKL 1, it must have the same data entry as the NC entered with CKL 1.)
  4. T, F and X order type prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. Per the COMMON LANGUAGE Products NC Code reference, BR-795-403-100, the NC Code is a 4-character code that consists of two elements (each containing two characters):  the Channel Code, and the Optional Feature Code.  This Optional Feature Code is further divided into two separate elements within the NC FID (see elements 2 and 3 following).
