T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
Special Access
The FID NCI and data are required on each Circuit Location (CKL) logical line on Special Access Service.
The FID NCI and data are allowed at the Circuit Location Wire Center (CKLT) level.
Switched Access
The FID NCI and data are required on the G2 two-six code level, or on the transmission path USOC, G3 level, on Switched Access Service.
