FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. For Access Service accounts NEL will indicate no CSR (NEL 0) or the total number of CSR's to be provided.
2. An O action code is not allowed on Access Service orders with NEL, the I action code and new data will overlay the old data.
3. When special mailing arrangements are required for a combination of magnetic tape, large size bill, customer service record or group billing use CBRO (Customer Billing Records Option).
4. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
