FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The telephone number that follows the NMS FID must be either the Billing Telephone Number (BTN), for CRIS accounts or the Billing Account Number (BAN), for CABS accounts.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
4. Section:  IDENT,  Position:  LH
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Section:  S&E     Position:  FL
   FID may be used for provisioning and maintenance of service at a Digital Signal Level Zero (DSO).
