SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Procedures are now in place for reporting the information conveyed by this FID on a monthly CABS supplemental input transaction for the purpose of prorating resellers of interstate access service. Therefore no requirement exists to retain this data in CABS or report it on the CABS CSR except for perhaps in support of prorate provisions of the September 30, 1983 tariff structure which may be in effect in some intrastate tariffs.
