FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. ODBU is a required entry on the pipe assignable line USOC logical line when On-Demand B (ODB) packet service is to be provisioned.
  2. When ODBU and its data is added or changed, the  Link Level Parameters (LKLP) FID and its code sets representing the Band and value are required floated on each ODB service assignable line USOC logical line that is added or deleted.  The exception to this rule occurs when the ODB or pipe USOC is preceded with an action code of D, E or R.
  3. Add new Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and ODB
The value of Element 1 (Quantity of Packet Originating Equipment (POE) Assignments) must be equal to the total number of  entries  (not sum) of Element 3 (ODB Band Level).  For, instance, if the quantity in Element 1 is 4, then there must be four entries of Element 3 in series.
  4. Add new DSL and ODB
For every entry of Element 3 (ODB Band Level), an entry of LKLP including code sets representing Band and value are required on the ODB assignable line USOC logical line  on the same order .  For each ODB LKLP Band value, there must be a corresponding Band level in the ODBU Element 3 data.
  5. Add new DSL and ODB
The total number of ODB assignable line USOCs per pipe on one order must equal the total quantity of ODBU Element 1 (Quantity of POE Assignments) entries on a specific pipe on the same service order.
  6. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  7. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
