FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. Section:  IDENT    Position:  LH, FL
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" action code.  The "I" action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used on inward activity when the telephone number is porting to a different serving switch.  The service provider for this port in activity could be the same or different.  It is used on outward activity when the telephone number is porting to a different service provider and there will be subsequent inward activity by the new service provider.
