SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used to map certain traffic to a given level of service on an Ethernet Virtual Connection (EVC) when the provider supports multiple levels of service per EVC.  It is applicable when the Network Channel Interface (NCI) Code specifies a P-Bit based map.
