SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The PFL FID carries the CLCI prefix of the Exchange Carrier for tracking purposes.  The circuit identification carries the prefix of the Alternate Exchange Carrier when acting as the Access Service Coordinator.
