FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Data entry is required when ringing is transferred to a specific number.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The FID PFT is associated with the line or trunk USOC is transferred to a specific station line number, the number must appear following the FID PFT.
2. The FID DES should be associated with the transferred to USC, to cross reference the PFT arrangement.
3. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
4. X order codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
