FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. FID is prohibited on the ISDN logical terminal assignable line USOC logical line that is associated with call appearance number 1.
2. The PHML FID is required on the ISDN secondary appearance USOC logical line when:
   
   a.  the primary call appearance is in Munting - Multiline Group Number (HML) / Terminal Number - Multiline Group (TER) format, and
   
   b.  the primary call appearance has no associated Telephone Number (TN), and
   
   c.  the Primary Number (PN) FID data and Terminal Line Identifier (TLI) data are identical
3. Section:  ASGM      Position:  FL
   This FID is entered on the Central Office Facility subset.
