FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. If or when any changes are made to the S&E section of the service order (changes or corrections to service) the logical line that the PILN FID appears on must be recapped.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The Simultaneous Ringing feature in the DMS-100 switch (provisioned via a physical pilot DN) allows a predefined group of up to 5 Directory Numbers (DNs) to be alerted simultaneously when a specific member of this group, referred to as the pilot DN, is called.  The pilot DN is equal to the main TN.
2. The Simultaneous Ringing Virtual DN feature in the DMS-100 switch allows a predefined group of up to 4 DNs to be alerted simultaneously when a specific member of this group, referred to as the pilot DN, is called.  The pilot DN appears in software only with no physical line appearance or hardware associated with it.  It requires a separate feature USOC coded as TN only in the SOAC USOC tables, in order to prevent the assignment of central office line equipment.
3. The Simultaneous Ringing Virtual DN feature requires the presence of the CTX, CAT and LASS FIDs on the same logical line.
