FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Data entry is required when an existing PIN is to be retained or a PIN has been pre-selected.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The sequence of PIN entries must correspond respectively to the sequence of associated Telephone Number (TN) or Calling Card Special Distribution (CCSD) entries.
